Dear FCPD users,

We've updated FCPD database with 155 fungal genome annotations (93 species) and also 86 non-fungal genomes.

Finally we archived 6,949 fungal P450s from 156 fungal genomes.

Now, you can browser P450 sequences and its genomic contexts freely with the CFGP and BLAST datasets are ready for new data.

We got 163 clusters for all P450s stored in this database.
